How to Play Step Forward - Step Back

Players stand in a circle holding hands, looking at each other. After a moment, the facilitator counts: 'One... two... three.'

On 'three', each player simultaneously decides to step forward into the circle or back out of it — without communication. The goal is for everyone to make the same choice.

This trains group intuition and non-verbal decision-making.
